Menu Plan Monday!

Oh boy. Hello there friends- what a ridiculous weekend we had! On Saturday- our hood's yearly tradition of GuacFest, a gathering of about 100 guacamole loving neighbors. 

There are 8 competitors who each bring their finest guac, and each of the party-goers get to vote on their favorite. So much fun!

Sunday was absolutely gorgeous here in Boston- breezy and high 60's. Gardening, grilling and hanging out with our very favorite neighbors! More on that later. 

Here's what we've got on the agenda for this week: 


Monday- Leftover barbecue ribs, salad, baked sweet potatoes
Tuesday- Black bean salad, spicy chicken sausage
Wednesday- Turkey burgers, salad, grilled veggies
Thursday- Chana masala, cauliflower curry, naan
Friday- Grilled pizza with goat cheese and veggies
