Quickie Dinner- Romantic and Under $15!!

A big part of how Mike and I save cash is cutting back on meals out. We added up how much we spend on restaurants and the number was not good. Since we put together a budget, we really try to stick to it- dinners out included. So, for our anniversary this year we decided to whip up a fancy dinner right in our own kitchen!
